Sleeping on attic floors & playing for 40£ a game in the 9th Division, Jay climbed the “football” ladder to make 1st Division team Watford FC (famously owned by Elton John). He goes on to become the first American Captain of the Club as well as winning MOTM in their promotion run to being a Premier League team. He touches on what got him there and also divulges into leadership tactics that helped him represent the US Men’s National Team at the World Cup in 2010, as well finishing his career as Captain of the Vancouver Whitecaps.
